Wear In time is an apparel embroidering brand that offers different t-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies that cater to men, women. We are known for our vibrant colors and authentically detailed embroidery. If there's something, you'd like to see more of, please reach out to us.
CAN I SHIP MY GARMENTS TO CUSTOMIZE?
It's so tricky to guarantee the quality of a material we haven't produced. We don't want personal embroidery items sent in to ensure that we can offer you the highest quality.
CAN I BUY A PRODUCT WITHOUT EMBROIDERY?
Our embroidery is our signature, so we don't sell any blank products without our signature prints.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?
We want to make sure we serve our customers in the best way possible. We know how fast people want your product to be delivered. We a 3-4 days production turnarounds, depending on the quantity, design, stocks, and many more factors. Small orders are produced within 4 days, and longer production times should be expected for larger orders. Rest assured, we do our best to deliver the soonest.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY & DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
You can check out the total delivery cost and shipping speed during checkout. We ship worldwide from Ottawa, Canada, via Canada Post. Keep in mind that parcels may be subject to customs taxes. Recipients are responsible for these charges that are remitted directly to your local government.

Lucky for you, YES! Our design team is keen on helping our customers design their garments.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHARACTERS I CAN EMBROIDER?
We can design up to 20 characters across the different products.

Just like any piece of art, these garments are like paintings to us. Our team's imagination roams free to create different selections for designs, fonts, material. You can never go wrong when you unleash your creativity.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wearintime.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be taken. Paid return shipping is only valid for damaged items.
